All 7loc.com subscription payments are handled by <\/span>Paddle.com Market Limited<\/b>. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for processing refunds and handling billing disputes.<\/span><\/p>

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee<\/b><\/h2>

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a <\/span>30-day money-back guarantee<\/b> for first-time purchases. If you encounter significant technical defects that prevent the use of the platform and we cannot resolve them within 30 days, a full refund will be issued. This guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals.<\/span><\/p>

3. Withdrawal Exceptions (SaaS)<\/b><\/h2>

Under Slovak Act No. 108\/2024 Coll., the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content is excluded once the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent. Logging into the administrative panel or generating a QR menu constitutes the beginning of performance.<\/span><\/p>
