1. Independent Data Controllers

Payforsay s.r.o. and Paddle.com Market Limited act as independent data controllers.

• Paddle collects and processes your payment card data and billing details. Payforsay s.r.o. does not store or have access to your full credit card information.
• Payforsay s.r.o. receives transaction metadata (name, email, country, transaction ID) to activate your license and provide support.

2. Data Processing for Clients (Processor Role)

7loc.com allows business clients to collect data from their own end-users (e.g., loyalty program members).

• We process this data solely as a Processor under your instructions.
• We do not use your customers’ data for our own marketing purposes.
• The terms of this processing are governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contractual Necessity: To provide access to the platform and features.
• Legal Obligation: To comply with Slovak tax laws (records are kept for 10 years).
• Consent: For marketing updates and newsletters (you may opt-out at any time).

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, and the right to data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).

5. Withdrawal Button (June 2026)

In compliance with EU Directive 2023/2673, an electronic Withdrawal Button will be available in your dashboard starting June 19, 2026, allowing Consumers to exercise their right of withdrawal through a simplified automated process.

6. Data Transfers and Retention

We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for any data transfers outside the EEA. Account data is retained as long as your account is active; accounting records are retained for 10 years as required by Slovak law.
