2. Merchant of Record Disclosure

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions. For all billing, payment, and subscription-related inquiries, please contact Paddle directly via paddle.net.

3. Description of Services

7loc.com is an AI-powered SaaS platform providing business automation tools, including but not limited to:

  • Omnichannel Shops: Tools to create online ordering systems, self-service kiosks, and mobile catalogs.
  • Loyalty & Marketing: Digital loyalty programs (bonuses, coupons, certificates) and referral/MLM marketing frameworks.
  • 7-Channel Communications: Automated mailing tools and AI-powered chats integrated with Telegram, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Table Service Automation: QR-code menus, “Call the Waiter” features, and POS integration.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: All payments are processed by Paddle. You will see “Paddle” or “7loc.com” on your bank statement.
  • Pricing: According to Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll., any indicated discounts reflect the lowest price applied within the 30 days prior to the discount.
  • Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew. To avoid further charges, you must cancel your subscription via the Paddle Customer Portal at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a Consumer (natural person) resident in the EU, you have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from this contract.

  • Digital Content Waiver: By logging into the 7loc dashboard or activating service features, you provide express consent for the immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has been accessed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Payforsay s.r.o. expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Slovak law:

  • No Indirect Damages: Payforsay s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
  • Liability Cap: In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 1,000, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Payforsay s.r.o. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party (including your own customers).

9. Acceptable Use and GDPR Roles

  • Marketing Compliance: You must obtain explicit consent (opt-in) before using our mailing tools to contact your customers, in compliance with the Slovak Act on Electronic Communications.
  • Data Roles: Payforsay s.r.o. acts as the Controller for your account data and as a Processor for any end-customer data you process through our tools. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.
