Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 3, 2026

1. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All 7loc.com subscription payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for processing refunds and handling billing disputes.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. If you encounter significant technical defects that prevent the use of the platform and we cannot resolve them within 30 days, a full refund will be issued. This guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals.

3. Withdrawal Exceptions (SaaS)

Under Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll., the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content is excluded once the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent. Logging into the administrative panel or generating a QR menu constitutes the beginning of performance.

4. Cancellations vs. Refunds

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. The service remains active until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refund: Results in the immediate termination of access and the return of funds (subject to eligibility).

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact Paddle Support via paddle.net or help@paddle.com.
  2. Provide your Order ID and the email used for the purchase.
  3. Include a brief description of the technical issue.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at support@7loc.com before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
